Tool needed Women's Dorm Project
updated Feb. 18, 2005

Women's Dormitory Project: This project will require WAL teams, donations (in kind and in cash), tools, creativity and most importantly lots of dedication. Zach Wolgemuth has begun preparations for ground breaking. For 2005, Mennonite Central Committee is facilitating six Work and Learn Teams. These have already been scheduled. Monetary donations are still needed (approx. $40,000). Donations of tools would be very helpful as well.

Students receive more than an education, more than a formation, they receive a transformational education.

Tool Donation Wish List: sometimes Work and Learn Teams ask what tools they can bring for Bezaleel. Here is a list of tools that are needed for the construction project. In the second column of the chart appears the quantity needed. In the third column the priority of the item. The more stars, the more urgently needed. This list represents tools that are needed to be donated to Bezaleel (i.e. "for keeps")

What Tools Should I bring for the job: At times WAL team participants bring their own tools for specific tasks. Sometimes people prefer to work with their own tools and sometimes tools are not available here, either not in the number of tools needed, nor in the quality of the tools that are needed. A list of these tools will change from team to team and from time to time as tasks change. It is a good idea to contact the on site construction coordinator to ask about what tools would be useful. Contact Zach Wolgemuth at: ZWolg@hotmail.com One month before your WAL team arrives Zach will have a good idea what tools are needed. (These tools are "not for keeps")
