In 2004, this school of residencial students offers secondary education during morning classes and vocational / technical classes in the afternoon. In 2003, the center added a career track in para-accounting. In 2002, the morning academic program of the school won official accreditation from the national government of Guatemala. Bezaleel offers 7th, 8th and 9th grades, known in the Guatemalan education system as "Basico".

The afternoon program offers students opportunities to learn vocational and technical skills such as sewing, welding, woodworking, community and church leadership, traditional weaving, organic agriculture and health care (para-nurse). Students also have opportunities to study music, art, and typing. Distinctive to Bezaleel's academic program is Bible class in which students are invited to integrate their academic studies into a life of following Jesus. Students work at Bezaleel in agriculture, campus maintanence and helping in construction projects. Hands on work experience, is another valuable part of the student's formation.

Since Bezaleel is a school of residencial students, community life and learning extends far beyond the class room. An emphasis is put on community worship with students meeting 5 times each week to worship together. All worship services are student lead and in the K'ekchi' language.

In 2003, Bezaleel added a new academic program for those that have graduated from Basico: book keeping/ acounting. Students in this program will use Bezaleel's new computer lab, take classes in advanced math and English as well as continue their general education. The accounting program will take place during the afternoon.
